The module enables the user to manage the nursing record. The allowed nurse can store all the necessary patient’s observations: nursing physical examination, wound monitoring, nursing diary, hydration balance, mobility, nursing discharge.
All the information, at patient’s discharge, will be enclosed to the clinical record.
